NAIROBI TO SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

Your safari driver-guide will pick you up early in the morning from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). Begin your journey north, passing through the rich agricultural highlands of central Kenya and crossing the equator into the dramatic semi-arid landscapes of Samburu. Arrive at your camp/lodge in time for check-in and lunch. In the late afternoon, embark on an introductory game drive to search for Samburu's unique wildlife before returning to the lodge for dinner. SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE (FULL DAY)

Spend the day exploring the rugged beauty of Samburu along the Ewaso Nyiro River. This area is home to the famous "Samburu Special Five": the reticulated giraffe, Grevy's zebra, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich, and gerenuk. SAMBURU TO OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY

After breakfast, depart Samburu and drive south toward the Laikipia plateau to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge/camp. In the afternoon, set out for a game drive to visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary and observe the resident northern white rhinos under 24-hour protection. HELL’S GATE NATIONAL PARK TO LAKE NAKURU

After breakfast, head to nearby Hell’s Gate National Park, one of Kenya's most unique parks. Choose to explore the dramatic scenery on foot, by rented bicycle, or inside your safari vehicle. After your morning activity, proceed toward Lake Nakuru with lunch en route, arriving at your Lake Nakuru lodge/camp in the late afternoon for dinner and rest. LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK (FULL DAY)

Your final full safari day in the Mara. MASAI MARA TO NAIROBI

After breakfast at camp you begin your journey back to Nairobi. Arrive in the late afternoon (around 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM), where you will be dropped off at your hotel or transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward travel.
